Nursery

House Pond is right next to the car park making it ideal for disabled anglers. The pond is stocked with Common Carp​, Mirror Carp, Crucian Carp, Roach, Rudd and Tench.

Carp go up to 6lb and tench to 3lb. All baits work well on the pond, sweetcorn, luncheon meat, maggots and bread. All methods also work well, float, pole, ledger and free line.

​

The Nursery pond is ideal for young anglers learning to fish without the need for casting you can drop your rod in and start fishing.
